    The firm

    Hillridge was founded by Manuel Kramer, senior interim privacy, AI and commercial counsel and external Data Protection Officer, with more than twelve years in healthcare technology, consumer goods, engineering and retail. Engagements are led directly, without layers: one senior point of accountability, with independent legal specialists brought in where a mandate needs additional depth or capacity. Advice is written to be used — short, reasoned and actionable for the people who act on it.
